I'm an Oklahoma oil painter who lives in the Tulsa area. My artwork is all about color and texture in an impressionistic style. 

I received my B.A. Art Education with honors from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in the 1970s.  However, my career lead me to Dallas where I worked in the airline industry for over 30 years.  After retiring I moved to Tulsa and am now devoted to being a full-time artist.  

My travels and personal tragedies influence my art and help me deal with grief. I hope others will find joy and strength when viewing my paintings and discover how living in the moment is the start to heal.  Just like painting my memories has been healing for me,  I love to collaborate with clients to capture their joyful moments on canvas.  Many of my travels in Italy, Hawaii, the Bahamas, and Mexico are depicted in my paintings but my favorite subjects are closer to home; landscapes of Florida, New Mexico, Colorado, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas.
