- Artists interested in showing artwork at Post Oak Lodge must provide contact information on the Post Oak sign-up sheet or contact the Post Oak Show Coordinators Carmen Schaar-Walden or Becky Deed at:

- The Post Oak Lodge art venue schedules A.R.T. member shows for a 3-month exhibition (January-March, April -June, July-September & October-December). In the past, 2-3 artists usually show together. *Artists need to plan for the 3-month show and substitute the artwork only if a piece sells.
- The venue has room for about 20-25 2-D artwork depending on the size of the pieces. The venue will accept 3-D artwork if artists furnish their own pedestals and display past the turn where the hallway widens.
- There is a $25 entry fee for each exhibiting artist to show at Post Oak Lodge. Post Oak does not charge a commission fee and will process any art purchases for the artists (cash or check only). If buyer wants to pay with another form of payment, the artist will process the purchase. Post Oak Lodge will then contact the artist and the artist can replace the sold artwork with a new piece. *Artists are responsible for collecting & reporting all sales tax, so include estimated tax into your prices.
- All artwork scheduled for Post Oak Lodge must be family appropriate (no nudes, non-political, nothing offensive or controversial). Post Oak venue coordinators may reject a piece if it does not meet all of the venue criteria.
- Artwork and frames must be in good condition, with wire hanging as tight as possible and within 3-inches of the top of the frame.
- Exhibiting artists are expected to help hang their artwork and must pick up their artwork on the set date/time unless they make arrangements in advance with the venue coordinators. ** If artwork is not picked up when scheduled, exhibiting artists will be subject to a fee of $5 per art piece per day, that must be paid before they may apply to exhibit with A.R.T. again.
